I am under my mother's health insurance. What option do I put for my health insurance?

Just answer "Yes" when you are asked if you had health insurance for the whole year. You do not need to enter more information unless your mother received form 1099-A. If your mother had 1099-A (market place/obama care) your mother needs to enter that information on her income tax return.
