PA has a chat option as well. You can try using that to see if an agent is available to assist you in obtaining your 1099-G form.

Thank you, but the links on the PA UC page aren't working. I know I am at the right place, however when I click "View/Print 1099-G" it takes me to a page where my only option is to file an initial claim. If this something I can only retrieve when the site is "open"? Absolutely ridiculous that I can't login and see my information outside of a specific window of time.
Do you have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer? I know the FL UE has the same issues. Worst case scenario, is to file an extension and contact the PA UE office tomorrow.
You can file an extension through TurboTax, see here.
You can also get an extension by paying all or part of your estimated income tax due and indicate that the payment is for an extension using Direct Pay, the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS), or a credit or debit card. This way you won’t have to file a separate extension form and you will receive a confirmation number for your records. @cmshetter
