You can ask your question here.  You can use this link for phone support, but you will need to upgrade or add PLUS for that as it is not offered in the Free Edition of the software.  TurboTax Phone Number

To add PLUS benefits, choose your situation.  The exact instructions will vary depending on the status of your 2018 TurboTax Online return (select one):

• I haven't started a 2018 return yet
• I started a 2018 return but haven't filed it yet
