This is a public user forum and no one here can look at your account information.  Please contact Support to inquire about your shipping date.  If you want, Support can put a Download of the CD for you in your account so you could use it right away and still receive a CD in the mail.


Contact information for Support.  They're open from 5 am to 9 pm Pacific time, 7 days a week.
