Yes, TurboTax 2019 will install on Windows 7, but we highly recommend that you upgrade to Windows 10 as soon as possible.

Although you may be able to install TurboTax on Windows 7, it may not run properly. 

You should be able to use TurboTax Online, however.

I tried install TTax 19 on Win 7, 3 weeks ago.

Ugliest blue screen crash I have seen in years!  

It took me at least 60 hours of crash recovery; restore crashed, only cmd prompt boots after lower level recovery, etc. hard core recovery. The key to getting it back was unistalling the carcass of Turbotax 2019 from a dos prompt. Then days long and many restarts using chkdsk /f /r 

I've got a win 10 desktop but I really prefer doing taxes on my win 7 laptop. This is a real pisser!

They are recommending Windows 10. Windows 7 support is ending.
