That sounds like a problem in how your computer is interacting with TurboTax. I suggest you clear the cache and cookies on your computer, you can research how to do that on Google if you don't know how.
Also, you can try logging into TurboTax by using another web browser.

Try returning to the My Info section to verify that the original entry is correct. Look for extra characters including spaces or typos in the name, address lines, or date of birth.

had the same issue....was my zip code...Info had it with 4 digit, but it didnt bring that extension over....
