I am on an installment plan and I used this years refund to pay for the turbo tax fees. Did I violate my terms on the installment plan?

The IRS will zap the refund for the back due taxes.

TurboTax will then send you a bill for the tax prep.

You did not violate the IRS installment agreement as IRS will get their money.
