I am not sure that Turbo handled our taxes corrected. My wife gets IHSS, but no W2, since it's not taxable. According to FTB, it is earned income. Shouldn't we get EITC?

We have already filed, but I think we should have gotten a refund from EITC. My wife made about $55k net for 2022. The CA FTB states: IHSS income may now be excluded from gross income (excluded from taxation) and still be included as earned income for purposes of determining the California Earned Income Tax Credit.

The FTC calculator says I should get a federal EITC of $1,791.
