You can review your Form 1040 at any time.  If you need to view the complete tax return than you will have to pay the TurboTax account fees.  Otherwise everyone would just print out the complete tax return and TurboTax would be out of business.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen.  Click on Tools.  Click on View Tax Summary.  Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

You cannot see the actual return or workpapers unless you pay, though.

Otherwise, dishonest folks could just print it out (or copy the figures onto a blank tax) and file by mail without paying TT.
