Question

I am not able to login using my primary computer

I have been able to login online with a second computer but when I try to login with my primary computer and I put in my user ID and password I get a spinning type of icon that never goes away. I have left it there for 30 min and nothing happens. I have tried clearing my cache but no change. What can be done to address this issue.

Which browser are you using? OS (W10, W11, MAC)?

Try a different browser. And make sure you are logged out at the second computer as you can't be logged in at the same time elsewhere.

Sometimes a browser's settings are set to the most rigorous/secure....and that can block some operations (not sure it should really affect the login though)

The issue was Surfshark. I added the site to the bypass list and now it works fine.
