I am not able to enter a 5 digit PIN to file because I cannot access the Norton vault. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what you mean by the Norton vault. However, if your issue is that you don't know what 5-digit pin you used previously (since it has to be the same every year in my understanding), you may be able to pull up last year's return in Turbo Tax and go to the efiling tab. Look at the forms rather than the step-by-step and you should be able to scroll to see the pin that was entered last year. Good Luck.
