I am going to assume this is an auto-correct error and you meant to say "... my wife doesn't have an SSN ...." 🙂

Your filing status will be based on your marital status as of December 31, 2017.  If you were married at that time, then you will either file as Married Filing Jointly, or Married Filing Separately.
