I am in Oklahoma and the tax deadline was pushed to June 15th due to the winter storms. How do I file an extension when the website is telling me it is too late?

You have to print and mail the extension. Get a tracking number from the post office.

The IRS does not allow extensions to be e-filed after May 17. There is nothing that TurboTax, or any other tax software company, can do about it. See the big yellow box at the following link on the IRS web site.
