I am in Maryland why can't I file my taxes "form 8582 is not ready to be file due to federal changes,, what the fuck is that??

Form 8582 will not be ready to file until 03/17 according to this Turbo Tax link. So if you had passive real estate losses this year or had carry forward passive losses from previous years, the 8582 form to report these on won't be available until 03/17.

I did not have any passive real estate income what is that I have no idea,,, this is weird?? Did I do something to cause this form to be generated? 

I have a home and I paid taxes and interest  just like I did every other year since I made the purchase....

After a little research, i have discovered that some Maryland TurboTax customers are experiencing an issue when completing the review of their taxes. When reviewing their tax information, Form 8582 is generated with a message stating “??Check this entry - Form 8582: Activity description - This form is not ready to be filed due a change in the federal form. It should be available soon.”

We’re currently working to resolve this inconvenient issue and are working diligently to resolve this issue.
