I am helping our son prepare his taxes. He has used Turbo Tax in the past and does have an account. The email address that you have is NOT correct. Very worried!

We cannot reset password because you have an email that we do not recognize.  Very worried about security.  How do we reset account information?

Try the Account Recovery tool here: https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/

If that doesn't work, your son will have to create a new account and start over.
