I believe there's a problem with the program. I couldn't e-file my CT return because the program got stuck when I tried to pay for it. I spent more than an hour on the phone & share-screen with an agent, who couldn't get the screens to work. I mistakenly disconnected our call, & he never called back. But he told me I wasn't the only 1 to have this problem. So, I'm mailing it & saving the $24.95 TurboTax would have charged me. Seems like you'll have to send your state via postal mail. Sorry I didn't have a better answer.
