I am having issue with loading the payment option page. it seem to be stuck on the loading circular symbol without loading actual page. tried using different browsers

I can't answer, but I have the EXACT same question at the EXACT same time you're having the same problem.

This seems to be an issue this am ... if clearing your cookies or using a different browser doesn't fix it then try again later in the day.
