I am having a problem with form1099r,wil not let me e file,

its asking for box 12a on 1099r, there is only box 12 , which is 0.00

I am having a problem with form1099r,wil not let me e file,

Remove the $0 in box 12 and the 2 digit state code in 13 and no entry in 14 then you should be able to e-file.
