I am getting an error for 1099misc. when there is NO ERROR. It does not let me continue or go back. How can I leave page?

You can click on any menu item up top (Wages & Income, Other Tax Situations, Health Insurance) or on the left (My Info, State, or Review) to exit out of any of the entry screens.

No box posted for state number, but TT says it needs to be entered. 1099-G State tax has been withheld. What do I enter to continue? I’ve tried leaving it blank.
