I am covered on my mom's Marketplace insurance. Do I need to include her 1095-A when I file? I don't pay any of the premiums.

If you are covered under your mom's Market Place Insurance and she is claiming you as a dependent, she will claim the policy on her tax return and you won't need to include it on your own.

However, if you file your own separate return (not as a dependent), you will need to include Form 1095-A in your taxes. Your mom can claim 100% of the policy or you both can agree on splitting the policy's premium, but you will still need to input the Form in your taxes.
