I am contacting TurboTax because there is a vehicle registered to my 2023 taxes that has been used for over 50% of the mileage that vehicle is not mine.

The information entered on your tax return is not determined by TurboTax but is based upon your input.  If you have a vehicle listed on your tax return that should not be there, you would need to amend your prior year return to remove the vehicle.

If you have another vehicle you used for business that should be on your return, follow the steps in this link to add that to your amended return.
