I am cancelling a C Corp for fiscal 2017. Is there anywhere in the return for 2016 that i can inform that?

If you're saying that you have a C-Corp that you are closing out in 2017, then no, there's no place on your personal return to indicate that. On the Corporate return, you'll show the 2017 return as a final return, but nothing on 2016.
