I am an unemployment homemaker claiming one dependent child and zero income. How do I continue the filing process?

You may not need to continue the process if you did not have any income for 2017.

Unless you had some type of income (for example, wages, self-employment, unemployment), you would not be required to file a tax return.  To benefit from claiming a dependent you must have earned income.
