I am an expat living abroad. Can I use the same Turbo Tax product?

Last year I had to buy the Deluxe program as a download from Amazon because the online version only allowed for US and Canadian addresses. This year I went back to Amazon and it tells me I have to located in the US to buy their download. I have US bank account but a foreign address.

I can't even call customer support because the form won't allow me to put in a country code! I sneaked it into my first name, but the customer service rep will have to be on the ball to notice it and realize what I'm trying to convey. As it stands, I am completely locked out from all buying options and I know I could complete my return in a day if only I could access it!

Yet, I see that lots of expats use TurboTax. What gives? How are expats supposed to use Turbotax? Thanks!
