It's asking me to fix the SSN but he doesn't have one, and nowhere did I see an option to say he is from another country. How I fix this problem?

Since your husband is Canadian, he will need to get an
Individual Tax Identification Number, (ITIN) in order to replace the social
security number requirement for income tax purposes. I have included a

where he can actually apply for one.
