I am a full time student. Dependent. should I be getting all my federal back?

Not necessarily. It just depends on how much you earned. If you earned less than $13,850, then yes, you would be getting all of your federal withholdings back. If you earned more than that, then you would have taxable income so you would not get all of your federal withholdings back as you would have a tax liability to the IRS. TurboTax uses the tax table to determine how much you will owe.
