if your parents claim you as a dependent, there's nothing for you to file. if they don't, then those involved must agree on an allocation. Each month can use a different allocation %, but each column for a month must use the same % for all 3 columns.
If you are their dependent, then you don't need to enter the 1095-A on your tax return. Your won't have any health insurance questions to answer on return. TurboTax will tell you "Since someone is claiming you on their 2024 taxes, you don't have to complete Health Insurance".
If you're not a dependent on their return, both you, your parents, and siblings need to enter a copy of the Form 1095-A that you received on your tax returns. TurboTax will ask you questions about if the policy was shared with someone and how to allocate the costs and credit.
