I already paid for Premium but upgraded by mistake to Selfemployment. How to go back to Premium?

I already paid for Premium but upgraded to Self Employment by mistake. How to go back to Premium? When I tried to clear and start again - your application doesn't let me do it because I already paid for Premium. But I just want to downgrade to the level I paid for.

The only possible way to downgrade is to select the "clear and start over" option in the tools on the left. Note that if you have already registered or if you have already paid your turbotax fees, then downgrading is just flat out not possible. The option to clear and start over will not be available.

As long as  you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered, you can Clear and Start over in Turbo Tax:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4248526
