I already filed my federal tax return on another website and it was accepted by the IRS, so it was rejected here. Can I still file the state return here?

If you have already prepared your federal return, then you can file your state only if the federal information is identical. TurboTax is a stand-alone alone product. The information from your federal return must carry over to your state return. If the federal return that was filed on another website differs from the return in TurboTax then your state return will be incorrect. 

You will also need to mail your state return as e-file is not an option since you are not e-filing your federal return through TurboTax. Please view the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ below to file your state return.
