I added another W@ and my Return did not increase

I made under 25k last year and when I added my second job my return didn't increase at all.

Adding a W-2 doesn't automatically increase your refund. In fact, it usually brings your refund down, because you are increasing your taxable income. Unless you had enough withholding from that income to  cover the additional tax on it, you won't get a larger refund.
