Husband passed away

My husband and I filed an extension. Unfortunately, he passed away before we could finish the taxes. Do I still have to file his taxes?

First, please accept my condolences.  That has to add a bit of stress to tax time to say the least!!

You will file your tax return for 2022 Married Filing Jointly and add that he passed away in the Personal info section.  You will also file Married Filing Jointly for 2023.
