How do I contact TurboTax Support

I keep getting directed to TurboTax Online which I do not want to use.  I want to download.

Thank You SweetieJean.  However, when I go to complete the purchase, the website will not allow me to update my payment method and not allow me to proceed.  There is a bug I think in the website payment update sheet for my account.  Can you respond further.

I am a volunteer, not a TT employee.  But you can also buy TT downloads on Amazon, etc.
