On 4/15, I filed for extension to file federal tax returns (form 4868). Before filing, I chose TURBOTAX LIVE DELUXE TAX YEAR 2018 and paid $127.49. I was charged twice.

I was charged twice and TurboTax need to refund me for the excess payment.
