Trying to file my taxes tonight (4/15/2019). I owe federal & state. Turbo tax is telling me I cannot enter 4/15/2019 as the direct debit date so my taxes will be late.

I can't seem to enter today's date (4/15/2019) in turbotax to file my taxes.  Message says to enter a date meeting this criteria, but the first and third bullet obviously contradict each other if finishing taxes today.

- At least one day after the date you file electronically

-A regular banking day (not a weekend or bank holiday)

-No later than April 15, 2019 to avoid penalties and interest

How can I get this payment in on time to avoid the penalties?
