How do I correct charges for purchase?. Every time I select one or another program the price goes up.How do I start over?

We stared out selecting Delux program and change that to premier program and each time we change the selection we kept adding on and the price kewpt going up. How do we delete this and go back to the $109.99 with a $10.00 discount?

We have filed for an extension as we could not get into the system because we forgot our ID and passwrod.

HELP Please , We tried to call the help line and the operator or robot , said she could not hear us and hung up
