W2 Summary incorrectly indicates I have saved too much in 403B. It shows $24500 vs $27500 (catchup). Cannot electronically file. Is there a way to override SmartCheck?

TurboTax appears to show a maximum of $24500 for 403B and does not include the $3000 15 year catch so that the max is $27500.  I cannot file electronically because of this error.
