Why couldn't I get the 50% discount offer for filing by March 26?

I received an email offering 50% off if I filed by March 26.  I just filed, didn't receive any discount, and tech support said that even though I was eligible for the discount they wouldn't help me since I already paid.  Anything else I can do?
