You are not Head of Household. That is a special status that requires a qualifying person which you do not have. You may choose 0 or 1 exemptions as you see fit.

Can I claim my 95 year old uncle as a dependent whom I provided shelter for 7 months in 2023? He went south for a visit the later part of 2023 08/03 to 02/03/24
