How well prepared are TurboTax live help agents?

’m really annoyed. The chat agent had me delete a form but didn’t tell me what form it was. She also gave me some wrong information, which I found out later when I was transferred to a CPA for help. We fixed the wrong info the live chat agent gave me, but the CPA couldn’t assure me that a form wasn’t deleted. I’ve spent several weeks preparing this, and now I feel I have to start all over again.
