Generally, you can deduct a computer that you purchased for your business and for which you use in your business.  To enter your computer expense in TurboTax, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Federal
  2. Then go to Income & Expenses
  3. In the Self-Employment section, select Start
  4. Continue through the application.  When you get to the page that requests information about expenses, that is the page where you will enter the cost of your computer.

You may have the option to deduct the entire cost of the computer in 2021 or elect to depreciate the computer expense over five years.  Here is a link to a TurboTax article that discusses deducting computer expenses.  You might find this article helpful.
