How to upload completed tax forms to finish state program?

I had to change computers after doing the federal part of my taxes because I could not download the state I needed. The program would freeze every time I got to that page. I was able to do it after much frustration on a different computer but now my federal information is not in the downloaded program. Is there a way to upload my completed tax form to the latest download so I can go on and complete state programs without being forced to input everything again?
