How to Unlock an account?

Hi.  I didn't write my password down, ultimately my account has been locked. I do not have a clue about trying to unlock it!

Would someone be able to give me directions on how to do this?

The emails from intuit are going to my previous email account. I need help with too

TurboTax has a procedure for such a situation.

TurboTax 2020 Premier is not working on my AMD laptop.  It required new codes every time I used it and now I have none left and can not see my tax form .
