How to stop Quickbooks charges?
I purchased Turbotax back in March from Amazon, recently I noticed two charges of 13.41 with the description of "18004INTUIT QuickBooks[phone number removed]6CCD" on my bank account, one in late march and another a few days go. I called Turbotax and they said I had to call Quickbooks. I called Quickbooks and spoke to man with a very thick accent and he said to call Turbotax. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he refused so I hung up out of frustration. How can I get a refund or at least get them to stop charging me?
