Which version of TurboTax are you using?

If you are using 2021 TurboTax CD/Download, all you need to do is launch the software and on the main screen click on 'File' at the top left of the program screen and then click on the 'New Tax Return' option.

If you are referring to Online TurboTax, something is broken in Online TurboTax as of a short while ago this afternoon. I see many users posting in this forum who are unable to start their 2021 return.
