How to request a refund

Does anyone know how to request a refund on the TT filing fees? My patience with this Schedule C nonsense is worn thin and I think it's time to move on. Shame on Intuit/TT. You used to be so good. Now you're losing customers for incompetence and lack of communication.

This was no help. Got some bs response that because it was TT online, they won't refund. I'm going to write a complaint to the BBB and CFPB. What TT is doing this year is a complete joke!
