hOW TO REMOVE NON DEPENDENT CHILD IN CALIFORNIA RETURN FROM CA SHARED CUSTODY

When answering questions for California credit for non dependent child I entered his name. Turns out I do not qualify for the credit as I do not pay more than half for his support, Have answered no but will not let me proceed to efile nor to remove his name.

How do I proceed?

You can simply go back to your federal Personal info section and click the trash can next to his name and delete him. This will remove him from both federal and state.
