How to refile State Efiled return after Federal return is accepted?

I have followed turbotax directions for a 2nd E-file for Colorado, it sends me in a loop. How do I solve this.

Did you already try to file your state return as you have mentioned refiling it? You can only e-file your state return for Colorado one time.
