How to manually enter W-2

Hi 

I have installed Turbotax premier on Mac. However, I keep getting error: 

"W-2 import for this employer is unavailable in this product at this time. 

Please try again on Friday, 18 February 2022 at 09:00:00 PT"  and I just stuck on entering EIN screen. 

I would like to know if there is a way to skip W-2 import and enter it manually?

Yes. You can type it in manually. Delete the EIN so that the program won't want to pull in the w2. Then click continue and type in the w2 manually.

    I'm trying to manually type in a W-2 and when I type in the EIN I get the following message:

    Yes, you can enter all forms manually.  Just click Change how I enter my form, then click I'll type it in myself. You will then be able to enter your form manually.
