You cannot import a bank check into the TurboTax program.

The only bank account I got is thru TurboTax but I got a paper check from stimulus package. I want to put check into my turbo account??

Online it says that you can add a check by taking a picture of it. It says to login and click on add money. But I did not see the option in the app like it said.

Add money to what?  Is this for the prepaid Visa card?
You can only take a picture of your W2 to enter into Turbo Tax.

If you're asking about depositing a check to the Turbo Prepaid VISA Card, here's a page at the Turbo Prepaid Card's website with a FAQ on making a mobile check deposit.

NOTE:  The Turbo Card website says "Mobile Deposit cannot be used to make your first deposit."    Is this your first deposit?

If you need additional assistance, then you'll likely need to phone the Turbo Prepaid VISA Card's Customer Service number.  There may be a Customer Service phone number on the back of your card.   Otherwise, here's one:   (888) 285-4169.

I am running into the same problem and this is what they told me:

 

1.You must upgrade to latest version of app.

2. You must have activated your personalized card.

3. You must agree to Electronic Communications Agreement and accept Mobile Deposit Terms and Conditions.

4. You must upload a copy of your Driver's License or State ID and Pass Identity Verification.

5. You must have received recurring payroll Direct Deposits for the last 70 days.

 

I am still trying to find an app to download and am looking for these "so called papers to sign. Highly irritating.

The app is Turbo Card from Google Play or App Store.  The sign up instructions should be in there.
