On the blank forms? You can get the forms from the IRS. Or use the Desktop installed program which has a Forms mode. But you shouldn’t enter directly into the forms. That can void the guarantee and prevent you from Efiling.

Thanks for the response. Can I enter direct to the form in TurboTax?
Yes but only in the Desktop installed program. You can buy the CD/Download here or in stores. You need a full Windows or Mac computer to install it.
With the "desktop" CD/Download TurboTax software you can make entries directly on the forms in forms mode. But you can't just enter information on Form 1040. You have to enter everything on the forms, schedules, or worksheets that feed into Form 1040. Trying to enter everything in forms mode is complicated and error-prone. You might have trouble figuring out where to enter certain information. It's much safer and easier to use the question-and-answer interview, which is called Step-by-Step in the CD/Download software. Making entries in forms mode might actually take more time than the interview because of the problems you will encounter.
